To be honest, at the rate we have been running, I do not see the pre-qualifying coming into play. I think we'll be lucky if we get a full 16 confirmed to be honest. That means that anyone that likely confirmed for last Friday or today would be on the grid. With Raul, you, and Dub out, that gives room for 3 drivers in the outside the top 12 list. You three are solid regulars and with that said, I have my doubts that Event #6 will actually happen at this point.

Personally I think it should’ve just went tonight regardless of the size of the field, one postponement is enough, but that’s just my opinion.
If we don’t get enough for the rest will they also be skipped/cancelled?
I’m not committing what little free time I have to practice and setup for possibly nothing. Just doesn’t make sense

I’d prefer we go tonight !

I’m moving on to WG in practice. I’ve seen enough of Laguna.

From my perspective, I’m outta town super early tomorrow returning Wednesday evening and it’s unlikely the wife will let me off kids/dog duties for a few hours to race knowing I’m sticking her with all that for the next 48 hrs. I likely wouldn’t be home until close to 9:00 anyhow.

Should you guys run it tonight, I won’t hold it against you. I’m a big enough fan of the series that I ain’t going anywhere. (I wouldn’t be investing hours into the race recaps if I wasn’t having fun).

I guess the easy fix is to have my wife take up the hobby and join Snail and maybe that buys me more seat time. I’ll talk with @DublDee about how to pull that off - Lol

Let’s just race tonight with whoever can join. Doesn’t have to be tracked/scored if we don’t have numbers. It seems we’re going to have even less turnout on the 21st. If so, we skip and move to the next event. Kinda tired of Laguna too.
My 5 cents. We don’t have pennies anymore…

Confirm new Laguna date 11/21. Also ok with racing tonight in whatever format that looks like.

Respectfully request Road Atlanta be moved up to Feb 13. I am still optimistic about the season overall currently sitting at #4. I will be skiing at Steamboat on the 20th, Copper Mtn on the 27th.

For everyone that confirmed for tonight, we are back on for 9pm est.

We will run with what we have. We will default back to the original schedule for the remaining events.
I understand everyone's frustration on postponement if 12 isn't achieved. I will typically offer one postponement date and if numbers cannot still be reached, we move on. The reason for this, as selfish as it may be, is because if I'm going to invest a night away from friends and family time/get togethers I want it to be for a full competitive grid. When that doesn't happen, I get a bit deflated and its hard to want to host/race when I have other things I could be doing. My hope that moving it to Monday or Friday would make a difference, but it was the same low numbers. Hence the reason for moving it out to the 21st. My hope was that the extra time could afford us the larger grid. Guess we just don't have as many still interested as what the roster shows.

Anyway, 9pm est tonight. We will run and score what we have. Depending on how this season finishes, a break may be in order to rebuild interest.

Grid Priority Change
Effective Immediately after Event #6

Effective immediately, this series has defaulted back to a first to confirm grid priority for the top 16 grid spots on a race night. There will no longer be a guaranteed top 12 based on standings and then a bottom 4 or more.

Be sure to immediately confirm your grid spot after an event to ensure your spot for the next series event. Those that confirm outside the first 16 drivers confirmed will be noted as reserve drivers for the event and will bump in based on the order in which they confirmed.

Next Event Details are up in the first post, and the series schedule has been moved back to normal.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CONFIRM FOR THE NEXT EVENT, FRIDAY, 12/5/2025 AT 9PM EST

I had a great racing nigth last nigth (even though i was not prepared for it), I had really good experience racing @bublyman at the corkscrew in parallel two times, wonderful experience, giving the exact space needed to keep going with no contact... that is racing.
also great effort from @JDMKING13 keepingme behind him.
it worth the effort and the surprise...

For any drivers that care to participate in displaying their Driver Standing for next event, please see the spoiler tab below for details. Please verify your current driver standing on the scoresheet provided, or by the driver profile page linked in this post. Please be sure to update your livery prior to each event. If in doubt, simply remove the numbers before the event. See the Spoiler tab below:
Driver Standings Recognition
Drivers will be encouraged, not required, to display their current driver standing going into each event after Event #1, though there will be a few rules and requirements.
Drivers who are interested in diplaying their current standing, should collect the following green digital numbers 0-9.
19298d4c15a5-screenshotUrl.jpg

After scoring is finalized and Post Race report issued, drivers will be cleared to edit their driver standing on their number board along with any award tags. Drivers should apply their Standing on both side's boards and be sure their number is in line with their actual standing in the Championship.
Should look like this:

Rules and requirements:
To maintain accuracy and integrity to this recognition, drivers who choose to add their standing to their car will be required to submit an updated profile picture before each event with their scrutineering tuning sheet. Submissions will be reviewed post event just as I do for the driver regulations.
If a driver forgets to submit the car picture with a standing displayed or has the wrong standing placement displayed , it will result in a 5 point penalty against the overall event score. This has to be in place to ensure that those who want to display their standing, maintains the attention and accuracy for it to be credible.
If choosing to display, be sure your edited livery is correct, accurate, and saved prior to each event. If unsure or not interested in displaying your standing, simply leave it blank or just apply double zeros.
The profile pictures will not be used for the Driver profile page, only for scrutineering to maintain the integrity of this recognition.
Again, this is optional, but if done correctly, it will be a great way to know who is where in the standings as the season unfolds.

Confirming for next round. At least I hope. My work schedule has been beyond busy lately. To the point of it affecting my personal life in many areas, this included. I have a sudden opening for the next week or so. Expect to see me practicing in case of the odd chance I'll be able to make it on December 5th. Thank you for all that you do Nova, and thank you for the great racing everyone.
