We've seen and heard a lot about GT4.
Yes, much can change until the release date but the game has been in two public appearances already so I think we can start evaluating PD's work so far.

IMHO; GT4 has great potential. What has been confirmed so far (number of cars, tracks some features...) is some very good stuff and some rumours (animated pitcrews, back fire...) are also very cool. I really think this game will be the greatest in the series. But you have to keep it real. Asking for even greater graphics is almost impossible. They have room for improvement but don't expect a very big difference from GT3.

All IMHO, of course :)

So, I'm must say I'm really hyped and I'm really looking forward to get my hands in this beauty.
 
I really hope and believe they will deliver on GT4. I'm not expecting a great leap in graphics a la GT2 to GT3, but certinarly there will be some improvement in minor details and cars/tracks. The cars at PS experience looked better than ever.

AI is the main area I want to see changed, and I can't wait to play this :D

Yeah, me too, it was ages before I got GT3 cos I did'nt get a PS2 for a while after they came out. I got GT1 and 2on the day and I'm expecting to do thesame for GT4, short of me being out the country.
 
I voted "No big deal"; the most exciting thing about GT4 for me is the Network play, but after seeing games like Resident Evil Outbreak I think I'll wait till GT4 comes out on Platinum before I buy it, mainly because I only have a few days broadband left and I need to get a job so I can pay to continue my broadband. I'll only buy GT4 at full price (£35-£45) if I have broadband at the time.
 
what sort of broadband connection and what hardware will i need to play GT4 online? i have a broadband connection to pc, but do i have to get a special one or something to use on the PS2?
