I had a great race at Blue Moon just now, except I was inside another persons car, and neither he nor I was ghosted. It ended up taking him out. He flamed me after, and I had to explain to him that it wasn't me, it was lag. I first saw this happen in the MX-5 sport race we had at Northern Isle ( last month?), and continues on today.
In regards to my half of the problem, I routinely delete temporary data, I check my speed both at my computer and on the PS4, my connectivity bars are almost always green ( but sometimes yellow ) and I am wireless. I replaced my router a few weeks ago. Latency is around 25ms, and I'm getting 38 to 42mbps at the PS4.
I there someone at PD to talk to about this? Or is it all on me? I can get an ethernet cable if it would fix this. I'm sure this has all been addressed....I'm used to seeing lagging with folks that have 0 or 1 bar. But this whole thing about me driving through someone else who is not ghosted is brand new.
