Now that **** 2 is finaly out, and almost instantly disapointing everyone, we have a better comparising of Shift 2 and GT5. I would say that GT5 takes the combined victory of the for mentioned.

But theres a title i realy like, has awsome gameplay and has never frustrated me like the for mentioned.

And now that theres roumors of a GRiD 2 in the wind, i have to ask myself, maybe this wil be the next big racingame.

To you that havent tried GRiD, try downloading the PC version and give it a try. I have it on the PS3 and absolutly love it.👍👍👍

I had it on 360 so never tried it with a wheel, but it always seemed underrated to me. It was fun, not the best, but not the worst. Given that codemasters really stepped up their game with f1 2010, I would be interested in a GRID2.
 
Speak for yourselves. I am NOT disappointed with Shift 2 at all.
 
Well Grid might be a great racing game but IMO has the worst physics in any racing game I own (including TDU2 and Midnight Club LA)

You couldnt get more arcade physics than that - you can even make tight turn going over 200 KPH if you turn the wheel in the right time
 
I stopped taking this seriously after you called it 🤬 2, but I really stopped taking it seriously the second you mentioned GRiD.

I enjoyed Grid I enjoy Gt5 and I am currently enjoying shift 2 to there is already a badmouth thread go rant there Grid 2 will be about as big as shift 2 no biggie

I knew when I first played S2U, it was a love-it-or-hate-it game. Sure, the AI has its moments, but it's still very fun. And if anybody mentions "input lag", take a breath. Yeah, we get it, it's there. No need to beat a dead horse. However, the game is still very playable with it. It's the bee's knees, as far as I'm concerned. :lol:

Agree! I only made it to the first race in GRID....never could find any combo of settings to even remotely resemble driving a car. I am frustrated with Shift2 right now for use with a wheel...but at least found some DS3 settings that work and the game is a blast!
 
I'm not disappointed in Shift 2. It's more or less what I thought it was going to be. Once some of the settings are tweaked...it's a hell of a lot of fun.

Seriously, once you get 5% into the game shift2 is epic. Loving the retro races!
 
okok, i like it now that im getting more used to the messed up controller. But you have to admit, the game needs some serious refinment!

Cant wait for the DLC!

Sent a complaint to EA games regarding the credits bug, il post when i hear from them.
 
So, why are you talking about GRID in the Shift forum?
