Some people are going to buy it, but I will sure as hell will wait. I can get a gamecube and a game with that amount of money.

I will wait until it gets to $75

$145? In American dollers right? I just bought the Logitech Driving Force for $120. ( The previous model of this. This is Driving Force Pro, I got Driving Force.).

If in it's American, I'm happy. But if it's $145 Cdn, damn that sucks for me.

The old GT force wheel is just going for $75 now, and that was years after GT3 came out. If you want to wait that long....

I'll probably buy it with my friends Circuit City discount :)
 
If you are going to wait untill 2005 for it to be $75 you might aswell be waiting for GT5 and pass up on a Wheel + GT4.

Does anyone know when the wheel is supposed to come out in BC Canada? I already have the MadCatz MC 2 wheel, and I want a wheel that turns MORE!!!
 
cube_999, I live in BC too. The wheel is said to come with GT4 for a tag price of $180 US. Meaning around $200 for us. I've bought the Logitech Driving Force which is also compatible with Gran Turismo 4 on the logitech website.
 
yeah i live in bc too, and ive been to at least 20 local places that carry ps2 stuff with no luck. anyone in the lower mainland know where to find these damn things? or does anyone know a trustable cheap canadian site to order this stuff? (i would prefer to go somewhere to get it though)
 
SS it's actually more llike $240... Even though the Canadian dollar HAS risen, it hasn't risen to the point where the exchange rate is high enough for us to have near $1CDN:$1USD..

So...? I can still save up! :D

lol, what economy are you talking about? :P If it's $145 USD, then it will be more expensive in Canadian dollars, since the Canadian dollar isn't worth as much as the American dollar (worth about $0.75 right now, so you'd be paying about $194 CDN for the wheel).
 
Just bought mine at a local ebgames.

Highly recommend... good stuff and worth the money..

hey rudols, where do you live? ive been to two local eb's and they dont even know what im talking about! i even printed off the sheet from ebgames.com and they said that they couldnt even order it yet. i was hoping to get one for my bro for christmas.

Yikes that is a lot of money. Will they be packaging them with GT4 once it comes out?
 
from what ive heard you will be able to get gt4 with this wheel in a package deal. whether that actually happens or not, i dont know. but thats what it sounds like.
