What a shocking performance against Spain, no imagination, no flair and no passion.

In a way I hope we don't qualify for Euro 2008 (given our current form we won't anyway) just because it should mean the sacking of a shocking manager. mind you, who knows what the FA will do. Have no idea about how to run the England team.

Any other viewers of tonights game got any thoughts?
 
I agree with that, Mclaren won't take England anywhere. He has the England team playing like he had Middlesbrough playing. The thing that sums up Mclaren for me is that he dropped Beckham, and picked Downing, that says it all imo.
 
meh I watched Jamie's Chef on C4 after the first half.
 
The only bright spots about last night were Foster, Richards and Barton...

and why the **** was Carrick starting?
 
I was asleep but i'm just saying Lampard needs to be dropped.

And i'm a chelsea fan. Also Carrick has been good for man u, so i'm assuming he was actually picked on form.
