Are the 96' models rare over there? In the US only 356 96' models were sold.

I'm not sure about that, there were a few 96's on autotrader. Although there were allot more rev1/2 cars (1990-1994) than rev3's (94-98?) I can't seem to find anything about it being a limited production in the uk apart from the 10th anniversary edition cars.
