Social Groups

Looks like we had a Social Group overhaul. Will all the unknown images be replaced by user created images at some point? I like the forum layout much better than the random post, also.

Yep, I'm also in the process of moving the entire site over to a new server, so I don't have time outline all of the new software features just yet. Hang tight and I'll review everything that's new later today or tomorrow. You'll probably find a few other broken things as well.

How often do you move things around, Jordan? Seems like this site gets around quite a bit. Just to document broken things so you can keep track, everyone's custom profiles have gone away, and the tabs look all funny.

Do you mean how often does the site move to new, physical hardware? The last time that happened was in 2007, and before that, 2004.

Would it be possible to have the default image set to something else? It looks pretty weird to have a bunch of question marks popping up. And I'm sure that a lot of the groups won't have the picture changed.

The threaded view is pretty cool though! 👍

The question mark is vBulletin's default. I'll change it when I get more time tomorrow.

Love the new social groups Jordan!👍 I added a picture to the SCR group as well too, I also don't like question marks but it will look much better when lots of custom pictures are added.

No, I'm going to leave setting the social group's "cover" image up to each group's owner.

I'm trying to create a group but it keeps saying, The description that you have entered is too long (17 characters). Please shorten it to 1 characters long.

I keep fixing the description, but it's still fustrating. Can anyone help?
