From a coworker via email, a link to a Brazilian tabloid:

Funny, in a National Enquirer sort of way:

Link to Google translation of page.

Essentially what "happened" is a white soldier came home from deployment to find a black baby at home with his white wife. Her story is that she conceived while watching a 3D porn movie.

The quotes cited are hilarious, and it's on the Internets so it's gotta be true! Comments are sometimes pretty good, too, like good thing she didn't see Avatar in 3D, the kid would be blue!

There's no way that isn't a fake story....

I dread to think what the IQ of those who would consider believing that excuse as truth for even the briefest of moments may look like.

Hang on, is she trying to say that she had sex with the black guy in the movie while watching it...and then popped out a black baby?

Da 🤬?

I am confused :(

You guys saw the paragraph on the side of the page that said, "More than 200 sites worldwide have published the sensational news as if it were real", right?

No..?

Ah well... ^_~

What worries me more is how good a soldier can he be if he believes that.

I'm afraid that wasn't a movie.

Not at the time it wasn't, but after they finished filming it was.

:lol::lol::lol::lol:

Here's a quote from them, it's all fake.

A week ago we published this text evidently false, with an image that took the internet. Unfortunately, the text ran the world because some sites believed he was real. This was not our intention. The sensational and a small site in Brazil. We never imagined this could happen. So we apologize to this family that appears in the photo. The woman and child has nothing to do with the news presented. We apologize for the photo that was published without permission. Please do not post this material on your site. And next time check the information. This site is a site of humor. Nothing here is real.

A week ago we published an article about the woman Who claimed to get pregnant after watching a porn movie 3d. The article Was fake and We Used the Photo That we found on the Internet. Unfortunatelly, the article spread around the world because some sites Thought That It Was Real. That Was not Our intention. Sensational is the small site from Brazil. We never thought this That Could Happen. That's why we are Asking this family to accept Our sincere apology. That woman and her baby in the photo HAD nothing to do with this article. They are just a normal family Trying to live they're own lives. We apologize for taking Their photo and putting it in Our wrongfully article. Please, not to publish this article again and next time check what you read before you write. This site is a humor site. Nothing here is real.

So yeah, now we all know.

Here's a quote from them, it's all fake.

No kidding. :dunce: Thus the phrase "in a National Enquirer sort of way" in my opening post, and the quotes around the word "happened."

OK, I realize some of you outside the U.S. may not know what the National Enquirer is. It's one of those supermarket tabloids that has front page pictures of aliens carrying Michael Jackson off to save him for their planet, or mutant babies taking over a small town in Idaho, stuff like that.

I'm certainly glad the rest of you discovered the fakeness of it all.
