Solved - T500 RS paddles not working

got new from amazon

played some iracing, then noticed my left paddle not working, opened the control panel to test and it didn't work, all other buttons worked.

decided to upgrade the firmware, which fixed the problem straight away.

BUT after another hour of play, left paddle shifter dead again! this time reflashing the firmware does not help >_<

anyone know a fix?

Obviously a faulty unit, I'd replace it if I were you.

woooot fixed it!!

I opened it up, disconnect the connector and reconnected it, now it works!!!

maybe it was a lose wire?

No way, you have to open the wheel up to change to the f1 rim?

plus they can't tell lol!

Solved - T500 RS paddles don't work. Fixed by voiding my warranty.

Coxis it's not brake the warranty . LOL .
Front part of T500 base was made to exchange very easily the rim (currently by GT or F1 wheel) and also to access easily at paddles connector (if you need for example to change them). You can do it in less than 5mn without any risk 👍
