Yeah it's unfortunate for people who wanted a similar offline expierence to the older games, it's what most of us grew up with. I'm also a fan since GT1 but for me the Online part of GT5/6 left me wanting much more and now here we are. It's not perfect yet, but I'm hopeful I'll get my money's worth soon.
