I haven't been here in awhile, but I finally got some half decent pics of my car after I washed it. And I don't know if I ever posted pics after I got the wheels. I made a thread about the before I got them, but I think i forgot to ever get pics.

This is what the wheel look like before I washed it. 6 months of water restrictions.

Tuner wheels on a F-Body, wtf!?! Very nice anyway though bro, keep it clean and try not to beat up on the ricers too bad with it.
 
I guess they look like tuner wheels. I wanted something different than every other F-body. Yea the ricers are too afraid to mess with me. They always look away and try to ignore me. lol

The water restrictions varied from county to county I'm in Stafford and at one point we had like 170 days of water left so they said it was illegal to use any outside water. Your water would be shut off and you would be fined. I don't think that actually happened to anybody, but the end result was for aobut 5 or 6 months I wasn't able to wash my car. I washed the wheels once about a month after the restrictions bagan.
 
Mmmmmm I love Trans-Ams. Yours is quite nice.

I can't wait to get my ram air hood installed. :D
 
well, I finally see a modern bird in red. all I've seen around here is the occasional black in this gen, and a couple white f3's (third gen)


even mo's are rare around here, anymore :P
 
Sure, once I got everything done with it. I'm gunna change my plugs and wires on friday and then try to clean it up some. It's very dirty right now.

Here's a decent side shot I took today. I didn't get one that day cuz the sun was glaring and ruined it for both sides. And couple of my dad's. I washed both and waxed his. And yes I know my car needs to be loweredd, I'm working on that. lol

Wow that red really brings out the curves now that I compare it to a darker FB. Now that I think about it I cant recall the last time ive seen a red T/A or white for that matter.

Really? I guess I don't see too many red ones either, but I do see silver and pewter ones al the time.
 
Yellow is also a rare color. I didnt really notice how high it was until I saw the dark one in the same pic. Its not bad at all actually (ride height).
 
I dig the cars...not a big fan of the wheels but its yours so as long as you like them. Doesnt take away that the cars are sweet.👍
 
Yea, yellow is only on the Collector's Editon Trans Am ( CETA ) 2002 modle year only I believe. I'm pretty sure those are the only yellow 4th gens. And the blue one is lowered 2 inches mine is stock ride hight.

Thanks, man. You are actually the first person to ever not like the wheels. lol But it's ok I don't care. Everybody has their own opinion and nothing wrong with that.

The wheels are nice, I like mesh style. Your right buick they are definitely better looking than the other birds wheels. They both have the tuner look to me for some reason though lol. Both sets are nice overall.

No unfortunately it's not. I got into a fender bender about a year ago when this guy cut me off and stopped short. So I decided to get a better hood since I needed one anyway.

Yea AR wheels look good on them but go on any F-body forum and you'll 90% of the people with after market wheels have them. So I don't want to go that route. And those wheels were on the Blue when it was bought, trust me they're coming off as soon as my dad decides on what he wants. Cuz i think they are kind of ugly too. lol

Here are my three choices for my next wheels. Hopefully I will have enough $$$ to get a set one day.

I think all of those cars are on the Springs I plan on getting eventually. So I'll at that ride hight by then.
 
5 stars look the best on those TA's in my opinion. Get a gun-metal set Silencer, those would really let it off. No chome lip, just all gun metal.
 
Awsome those were my favorites too. And I had been thinking of gunmetal, but have never seen it on a red TA. If I got them they would be that color first cuz that's all they come in and then I might powder cost them or something later.

Of course this is all hypothetical since those wheels start at $2600 a set. And I want 18x11 rears and 18x10 or 9 up front. Lol so it'll be awhile before I get there.
 
The first set is rediculous dude, those rims are gorgeous. They change the whole look of the car. +The height.
