Dude! You got like three feet of air that time...

Pretty sweet, but when will you Polish kids learn that real men race bikes...

(j/k)

Was that part at the end were you think you "broke" your wrist? xD

WHOA!!! THATS CRAZY DUDE

Ever tried those city jumping mountain bikes with the double crown shocks and stuff? Bet you can do a bunch of stuff on those

That was pretty cool. I swear the thread title changed from saying blinking to biking. I might be crazy though.

I liked the kid getting beat up towards the end.👍

Awesome video though, I hope your biking makes you some money some day.

Haven't even seen it and I'm going to tell you to wear a helmet!

Now, lets have a look...

*EDIT*

Watched it. Not bad.

Can you do any half pipe, or is it all street/park?

Pretty cool. Deep down I've always been kinda jealous of people who can do tricks like that on a bike or skateboard. Its like you're able to do things unthinkable with something that I can barely use to get from point A to point B. Props kid. 👍

Haha, nice vid matt.
How long have you been biking for?

Awesome video. I love the wallrides you did. Are you sponsored? You deffinatly deserve to be if not.

I've watched countless snowboard films, got friends who run production companies and I've photographed some of my friends who bike, so I'll give you some input.

As far as a sponsor-me tape goes, it was pretty decent. Avoid slowmo with a low framerate camera because it makes everything super choppy (but this could be Youtube) and in general, slowmo is pretty outdated in most films. The exception would be technical bangers that you need the low speed to get the full grasp of the movement of the bike/deck. You used it for shots that were full speed at other points in the movie. Get your friend to shoot from more technical angles and don't necessarily pan the rider from drop in to afterbang. I'd say cut up that long pyramid session, it gets kindof boring after the second pass.

There are some other little technicalities, but that would just be nit-picking and wouldn't really be helpful unless you are actually sending this in as a sponsor-me tape.

Pretty cool, I used to BMX all the time at Alameda skatepark.

Lol, nah, I got a huge scrape on my elbow though. When you saw me grind that white thing after my fall clip, that's where I fell. I hopped up on the thing behind that and my front dipped and I fell.

Nah, I haven't. I don't plan on doing so either.

Haha he wasn't getting beat up. He stole my piece of gum that I was giving to a friend so I tried to get it back. He kept biting me.

And yeah, I'm hoping to get sponsored one day because I'm way too lazy to do any thing else :)

I can do halp pipe, but I can't do any tricks yet. At the most, an x-up or one-hander in the air on that. I love street but I do park when ever I can.

Haha, nice vid matt.
How long have you been biking for?

I've been on a bike and hitting jumps since I was about 4 years old. I just recently got into doing more technical stuff this past year.

Awesome video. I love the wallrides you did. Are you sponsored? You deffinatly deserve to be if not.

I LOVE WALL RIDES :D I'm not sponsored but I'm totally aiming to be soon. I gotta get bar spins, tailwhips and some more technical grinds along with rails before I can get sponsored or even ' considered '. Thanks for the compliment though!

I totally agree with you. The kid usually carries a camera, like point & shoot camera with video capabilities. He has some Sony one that has super high quality video and it's HD :) But we go to these ghetto spots all the time alone, so he doesn't want to bring that in case we get chased for jumped

And also, I tried showing him tips on different angles and stuff, but he really just goes with what's available. Since we do mostly pull half this stuff out of our asses :)

Thanks everybody who watched this and commented!

Dipset yeea nice music!

Some great skills man, what bike are you riding. I know the vid's not that clear but it looks a bit like the newer GT Tour to me....

Nice stuff I have been riding for about 2 years but I am not as good as you. The only things I can manage is a bunnyhop/bronco, and a 180. The best thing I think I ever did was jump a gap between parking lots that has a pit in the middle (with my friends laying in it).

Nice one dude! 👍

How many hours a day do you practice/ride the bike?

That brings up a good point. Why do skaters and bmxers not want to wear helmets? My dad co-owns an establishment that has an indoor bmx and skate park. For insurance reasons everyone is required to wear a helmet, and you should just hear the amount of whining that goes on about it. My favorite thing to say when they complain is "Tony Hawk wears a helmet"

Someone once told me, "its the people with the least brains that can do this kind of stuff" and i have to agree with him, for the people who don't wear hlemets that is. Weve had a number of sponsored people in our establishment and we never have to tell them to wear helmets. Most of them look like the kind of people who do great in school as well.

Keep it up man, may good luck and skill be with you

Yeah, gotta love Dipset.

I am riding the new Sunday! Wave, Vinnie Sammon edition I guess  It's 21" toptube and I hate it. A little to big for me. But I'm slowly getting used to it.

Nice one dude! 👍

How many hours a day do you practice/ride the bike?

Well, I'm done for this week... But usually... From about 3PM to 7 / 8 PM on the weekdays during the school year, and on weekends, if I don't work, mostly from what ever time I get a call to go biking to about 10 - 11 PM.

It's not really practice for me but I just kick back with my buddies and we fool around, then do stuff.

Yeah, I'm not gonna be doing any thing that huge to be wearing a helmet. After I saw the crash of Stephen Murray which left him paralyzed from the neck down, that's not gonna happen with the stuff he's been doing.

Thanks guys !

I never used to wear a helmet when I snowboarded, and I had my share of hits. It never really scared me, and I never really thought I needed one. The government then made everyone wear them in any parks last season, to save money more than anything else, so I was forced tow ear a lid. Now I go out of country where it is no longer mandatory and I feel uncomfortable not wearing the helmet. I see something now and I think "without a helmet, I wouldn't hit that", which is really bad. If you want to progress anywhere in any sport, that little self doubt will block you from going anywhere.

I've been very thankful for my helmet even since the day I went over the handlebars and head-first into a tree. That broke my helmet, gave me a headache and shook me around a bit - I reckon I would'a been in bad shape without a helmet.

Matt, do you have a foam pit to practice into, or is all the hard way on the street?

Street all the 👍

But we're trying to look around for a dumpster FULL of foam or those packing peanuts. And just call a buddy over and put the ramp by there and then we'd be in business :)

I just started loading it. Hopefully my college connection will let me see it before I leave for lab in half an hour.....

Finally watched it. That's some great stuff. I hope you can use your skillz to get you somewhere in life.

Sick bunny hop in the beginning dude. Nice biking, but the filming and music left alot to be desired ;)

Thanks zoxxx :)

I don't like some of his editing, but the music is my fav
