Some help breaking up a really long MP3?

I downloaded this mixtape because I thought it had multiple songs on it... I downloaded it and it's like an hour and a half of the music all combined into one track. Can some one here help me break it up into songs? I'll rename them all, but as long as they're in order with the actual song, that's great.

I have one solution. Download Audacity. Free and good enough even for small scale professional use, you can simply copy parts of the track, paste them as new tracks and then export.

I tried that already and have NO idea how to use it.. Can some one please teach me or even do it for me?
