Hey, i'm new to this forum, just wanted to show some of my stuff
I primarily use a program called 3ds max 6 ( www.discreet.com) it's a top 3d modleing program..and if u think photoshop is $$$...3ds max is close to $3,500:eek:
I only have one truely photoshoped image on that page right now, it's the bmw one ..the ugly flames mask most of it but i motion blurred the rims changed colors, tinted CF hood burnout smoke (kind of) shaved door handles lowered bodykit and some street glow
tell me if you like any of my stuff...some if it is older and is crap, i'm currently working on that 300zx in 3ds..if anyone needs any projects or avaitars or any good stuff like that done send me an email, (djmmodels@optonline.net)

Where is the stuff? The link looked like a product website. Post some here using the "Attach File" option. ;)
 
my bad . . . nice renderings . . . but that bimmer looks familar for some reason :odd:
 
ok i think i confused some people...the first guy made that comment because he went to the first link ( because in the origonal post i forgot to paste the link)...which was to the comany's site and it was their proucts... that bmw is not a render, it's all photoshop, the 350zx with the blue prints around it was a car made by me in 3ds
edit: and i sware the bmw was done by me...it was on a pretty popular webstie so you may have seen the original before...I spend hours modeling and rendering, and photoshoping stuff....i wouldnt waste 5 mintues to rip off some guys hard work:rolleyes:
 
The z looks pretty sweet. Also, I somehow like the "test render." Transparency/color on the top looks kinda weird (as in cool), at least on my monitor. 👍 👍 Welcome to GTP!
 
Heh, thanks I've given up on the z for now, maybe i will finish it some time later, i'm working on a range rover now.. that deodorant is "Speed stick REGULAR" ...btw dont use it it's the ****tiest deodorant i've ever used:odd:
 
Cool stuff. Man, I wish Maya 5's renders looked as good as Max's Arnold Renderer. Mental Ray is decent and all, but I still like the look of Max renders.

yeah, max has decent renders...the coolest renders are wiht skylights..it gives that really cool dull look like in the 300zx
that picture of the marble...was probably the simpliest thing i've ever done :lol: , it did come out looking pretty nice with the textures though...it's annyoing that sometimes the things you spend no time on can look better then those projects you work hard on
