- Does cars get weaker by time?
My X2010 have run 65'000km/40389miles now, and even with an overhaul and a body restore the car feels even weaker than before.

- Is it possible to turn off visual damage?
I don't care about damage in this game, I want my cars to look nice during the whole endurance race :)

- What's difference between Racing Soft, Racing Rain, Racing Intermediate?
Of course I mean during rain, I can't feel any difference.
 
As far as I know cars do not get worse(oil change?), you can't turn off visual damage and in rain, grip increases soft-->inter-->rain. Inters for drying track

Grip Reduction is set to low as default I beleive. Therefore there isn't much of a noticeable difference.
