Some technical questions

Hi GTplanet community, i have some technical questions to ask regarding GT5 Refresh rate.

I have recently bought a Singapore Playstation 3 slim That is NTSC-J,labelled on the box.
Today i purchased an R2 Pal EU version of the GT5 game, I couldnt find any R3,which is strange considering my region.My question is , Will there be a difference in refresh rate when using 720p on a HDTV ? To some people,it might not make much difference . But i am very particular about this . So will it run on 60 Hz or 50 Hz on HDMI?
 
Refresh rate in HD format is TV dependent, if the tv can display 200Hz, then it will be when you play PS3 over HDMI.
PS3 game region only make a difference in DLC content ( usually locked with region ) and when you play it in SD resolution ( PAL at 576p 50Hz or NTSC at 480p 60hz )
