Out of this world
Well, I say someone, I actually mean my playstation.

A couple of nights ago I had a problem with my PS3 which meant it kept switching itself off. Luckily it wasn't a Hard drive fail so I've have managed to transfer my game saves to a new console that I bought yesterday. After all the installing and updating the game, which took several boring hours I noticed that my anniversary cars have a yellow exclamation mark beside them.

When trying going to my garage list and clicking on one of these cars I get the message "Cannot find rights information. Please download the content again." The thing is these were from the anniversary package disk and weren't not downloaded. Surely re-installing everything should have also given me the rights to use them too.

Does anyone have any idea how I can cure this?

Thanks up front for any help and advice.

Shaun

Have you tried reinstalling the cars through the PSN items downloaded list?

Wait have you ever downloaded them?

To get the anniversary cars that have the yellow exclamation mark beside them you have to redeem the codes again from the playstation store in the game, you can find the codes in the GT6 anniversary disc case.

Actually, no.Once the code is used, you can only re-download them with the account were you redeemed it.
I changed my HDD to SSD, also lost the aniivers cars again.
Go with your main account that you used to play/install GT6, log in to the PSN store
Go to download history, and re-download all GT6 stuff (about 8 or 9) all around 100Kb.

And i switched form Disk edition to digital edition, so i had to download them again (deleted gamedata)

Again, got to your psnstore, once in, just browse down where you see the option for your previous/allready downloads.

It means that the 100KB files aren't on his disk, the game searches for those files to release the cars.

Really, i backupped my old harddisk to usb, installed the ssd, restored the backup and also had all the yellow exlamation marks, i tried to redeem them this week, and codes not accepted or out of date and had to go to the psn store and download all 100KB files again.takes about 5-10 minutes.

And not only the cars, also all paints that come with the annivers edition.

And I have done it this way as well. To redeem the codes is on the XMB, not the game itself. It's in Account Management on the PSN row on the XMB. (second to the right).

@hall90 👍
@AnfieldLFC252 has now enough options to get the cars back.
Good luck

\edit, follow the way of @hall90
just log in and that icon changes into accountmanagement, go to accountmanagement.(top second from the right)
You can find everything there, even the transaction management and downloads.
much faster then into psn store.
I learned something again.
