I don't know why, but I feel it adds a sense of desolation to GT3. I mean, yes its kick-ass in its beats and all, but it just gives you that feeling that youre the only true person here: all the others are just robots for you to race against. It almost like you're in this alternate world, almost like a racing haven, where all you do: is race. The time never changes, it never rains, all you do is just race.

What I mean by a "different world" is not like your trapped, but more a heaven where you can escape fom true reality and just race what you like when you like without the pressure of real life problems you can run into.

Thoughts?
 
I don't really like any of DKs songs in GT3, they feel depressing, like you said.
Kickstart My Heart was IS a great song, felt great to race to it.
 
Well, I've always like Daiki Kasho's songs, but I've never felt depressed or isolated by them, even in GT3. Honestly, his song "Sky Scraper" is so kick-arse sounding, it gets a bit of the adrenaline pumping. :sly:
