Something to change in the suggestions submission notice

Upon posting to the one of the suggestions forums, one of the notices say:

Car suggestions must include the MAKE, MODEL, and YEAR (if relevant), in that order.

Can the "if relevant" part changed to "four digits" to make it sync with current rules?
