Somethings wrong with demo

Well i can run the game fine, but when I'm driving/racing the road is everywhere. Banners flying around, Green Blank spots everywhere, and roads over lap and move around. I need HELP PLZ!!! is it the verson? I downloaded it form lfs.net and its good. its on my bros comp. He has a 80g hardrive with a 264mb of ram and i think a (what ever is higher then 64) 124mb video card

I think i found out whats wrong.. when my bro over clocked it it messed it up lol so i gess we getting a new one =)
