Sometimes vinyls dont load online in F4

I play mainly A,B,C & S multiclass racing. I have noticed this for a long time. Sometimes your vinyls wont load online, sometimes your friends vinyls wont load online. Sometimes I see my vinyls but others don't. Sometimes I don't see my vinyls and others do. Sometimes I see their vinyls and they cant. Been like this a LONG time. It really seems hit and miss. I don't think this problem happens in private multiplayer games. Seems to be something with the Forza servers. For the longest time I thought maybe I had too many vinyls but that's not it. Anyone know the answer for sure?

It's a bug with the servers. Sometimes the server doesn't have time to recognize your livery, especially if there are a lot of people or if the race starts immediately after choosing a car. In fact, I think if more than 12 people are in a lobby, cosmetic damage stops appearing even when turned on. The game also has trouble loading them if you've been playing for a while, and your system actually can freeze and you have to turn it off and back on. Why that happens, I don't know, but people in the community have coined the term "Forza Freeze" for that phenomenon. When I series race I reset my system prior to make sure it doesn't happen. But it's simply an error in the game, to answer your question.
