A 10 race series at Complex String. Races are 1 or 2 laps each. Each race has different entry requirements.

1. FF
2. MR
3. FR
4. 4WD
5. NA
6. Turbo
7. Non Tuned
8. 80s
9. Dream Car.
10. Unlimited.

Probably SandStorm should do this for his Racing Series :)

100 laps of Complex String is nothing.

I did it in just over seven hours (in one sitting) in a 595hp Nissan 300zx which was very tail happy. (TCS and ASM were off)

Fastest lap was a 4:19.xxx and only one other lap out of the 102 laps i did (one for warm down and another to check how many cones/brake markers i'd hit) was below 4:20.000.

I found it great fun and i would definately do it again. Bear in mind the only thing 'won' from this race was the knowledge that i was probably the first person in the world to do 100 laps of CS in a slightly modified 600hp Nissan in one sitting. (hour break for lunch)

Wow

100 laps at Complex String sounds real good ( and tiring ) I've only driven at the Complex String 5 times or so, just to see how my cars fare against the track.

BTW , 100 laps seems too much for me. I might doing 10  this holidays.

100 Laps of the String in a Vitz/Yaris to goes toward completing GT3... What?

I would have died on lap 2 if PD made that.

Maybe my PS2 would have been totalled , because the race runs for such a LONG TIME ( 24 hours ++ ? :D )

I did the String 100 lapper (could call it the String 1300)

Fastest lap a 4:04.xxx in my Ruf with 59x bhp.

Ok call me retarded but what is the roulette Xbutton trick for winning the prize cars??? i will usually just save the game b4 the last race in a series and then (if i have enough points to win the series) i'll just quit out of the last race and see what car i get and if i dont like it i'll reload and do it again.

But as i cant do that on the endurance races i havent done any (the enduro's) yet. Dont particularly wanna race for 2 hours and get a "uuurrrggghhh" Miata. sooo, what's the trick.....

Yep, that's the trick. 👍

I started the game with a Miata. It served me well. Since I had totally modded it over time I had to go buy a new one just for the race. And I've probably sold one or two. I have all the Miatas I need or want. And I'm not really interested in colors or seats or even rims. I was hoping for the F1, obviously. It was quite a let-down. For forty laps in a normal car you should get a better reward.

The key being that the right car is the one you just won, right?

Yeah.

Last night I was trying to win 4 Griffith 500s and 11 Speed 12s from the Tuscan Challenge.

I restarted about 50 times and so far have got all the Griffiths I need and 5 of the Speed 12s.

I did a little X theory testing for a laugh to try and get the Speed 12. I hit X when the black circle was under the Speed 12 and the Griffith came up. I must have picked the wrong car. That is why it didn't work. The X theory is still intact because I stuffed up  .

This morning I did about 5 restarts and 3 Speed 12s came up. Pity I already had 2 of the colours.

What's the dealie with the String hundred lapper? Give me the tip.
Well basicly i was bored one day so i came up with an idea to do 100 laps of the longest track in GT3. Which happened to be Complex String.

So then i made a topic in my forums announcing that i planned on doing it. Most thought i was crazy, but some Australians thought it was a great idea. So i made it into a Online Race challenge.

I did it first, followed by others who wanted to take up the challenge. My time was the slowest overall, but it didn't really matter to me.

DODGE the VIPER and spanky are just two people who completed it. (more did, but i can't remember who!)

Ah. Should've included me! Mind, I probably would have quit after about 40 laps, my PS2 would run too hot.
