Sorry that after spending an hour searching(silly 3 character limitation) I've not found the answer to what should be a simple question: how to win/earn the level 23 ticket?

I've spent even more time in the market place trying to trade for one but with only 250 'special' cars I can't seem to find a deal of any type

You win it in a seasonal challenge.

Nice second thread by the way.

I think it's the Subaru one.
