Soul Calibur 2 Does anyone have an English language copy of this game? Does anyone know of an English translation download or similar? The game rocks :) , but my limited Japanese makes for a lot of trial and error :banghead: . And one more (though much less important) question - How do the characters' costumes get unlocked? I thought there were only the standard 2 ... but now Nightmare has 3 ..... :confused:
 
The Edgemaster mode has a fair amount of reading, as it tells you what you need to do to defeat opponents (kills by juggling etc)
And no there isn't an English version, sorry. You'll have to wait until it's released in the US to re-pirate it.
Costumes and weapons (among other things) are all unlocked in edgemaster mode. And to be totally honest, if you are having trouble beating someone (because you don't do any damage) then just lure them to an edge and knock them off.
 
It has the edge master mode. which has lots of Japanese text.

www.gamefaqs.com proabably has a translation for it.

Oh and space if you want to see a fighting game that is hard to play in Japanese language format, try Rival schools (United by fate y0!) on the PSX. :D

:) I appreciate your replies - thanks. Yeah, the main problem is the weaponmaster mode - the "juggle" fight in the cage had me guessing for about two hours (it didn't help that I was playing Taki, who's main moves don't launch your opponent anywhere) .....
