For those who don't like to read more than the first line of a post - this game rocks! For those of you who do like to read ..... the graphics are second to none, the voices are spectacular (be aware I'm talking about the import a.k.a. Japanese version here, as we're all still waiting for the English language release), and the movelists seem nearly infinite. You can pick it up and figure out how to fight in just a few minutes (though mashing works less well than in games such as the DOA series), but to master even one character can keep you going for days. Each character is truely unique (with the obvious exception of one) and has defineable strengths and weaknesses. The weapon master mode is extensive and rewarding, and with many other modes of play it is a game most will still be playing in six months. The only weaknesses seem to be that the characters seem to lack a background, and could do with endmovies such as those in DOA3, and that the demonstration mode seems primitive. The game could also have been enhanced with a tag-battle mode for those of us with more than 2 controllers. As a complete package though, for a fighter game it is nearly perfect. It is unlikely that any Xbox fighting game will come close before the release of DOA4 (which could be more than a year away).

I've played Keeno's *cough* Import *cough* version on the PS2 and I have to say that it rules arse big time. I don't think my hands could cope with the X-Box pad though, my hands hurt when I play it for more than 30 mins.

Yes it rules.
