Hey guys, I just inform you about my latest good purchase.
Originally I had a 27 Philips tv, that for some reason I still can't figure it out, it broke down. So I was left without tv, until my uncle gave me his. It is an ancient tv, but it works fine. The image was good, after all that was my only grip (with the the 27' one, the colors were phucked up, the borders were red and green).

Anyways, this little old tv works pretty good. I can see the colors in their correct place but the sound was pissing me off. I specially hated when I played Ghost Recon and on one of those missions ,you need to see in the dark, so the NVG googles were there for me to use. The problem was everytime I used them, a big annoying buzz sound was the only thing I could hear. Nothing else. That pretty much toned down the level of fun and playability.

So I decided to suffer no more and look for some really cheap set of speakers, and this is when I found this really nice set. You have the two L&R speakers and a subwoofer, all for 49.99$, under the name of Soundsystem3. Here

Mine is the one in the far right.

Anyways, the sound is really good, If I want to hear the environmental sounds, I have to crank it a little bit, not much. It has a good subwoofer, and it is a pretty good soundsystem for that price. Worth the money. It was the last one that I found in a EB store.

Right On! I bet it sounds better than most TV Speakers... :D

Looks like a wise purchase to me, and if you like it then it 'sounds' like it's doing it's job.

Yes, it has a pretty good bass.
However, dont expect a lot about sound classification, after all it has 2 speakers, but they do the job very well, and the subwoofer is the thing I like the most.

sad to tell ya... at the computer show i saw those for like 20-25 bucks some chinese guy was sellin.. but u know.. u should have gotten a Yamaha YSTMS50.. on compgeeks its only 50 dollars.. and its got the better bass than my giant speakers in my room
