I happened into the online racing area of GT5 two days ago and some folks were racing at Spa and I joined in and raced for an hour. I live in USA and was surprised I could race there as I have not downloaded ANY DLC (yet). However, last night I could not "create" a race and choose Spa.

Why was I able to race at Spa?

Only the host needs to have the track DLC for others to race it 👍

You cannot create a race there as you don't have the track, but you can join in to an already created room using Spa and race there.

This has been discussed loads of times, so locking this.
