Spa not available after Spec 2.02 Update.

Hi,

Prior to Spec 2.02, I was able to race online on Spa with other people even though I had not bought the track. Since that was the case I didn't see the need to purchase the track and only bought the cars just prior to the release of Spec 2.02. Had I known that things were going to change with Spec 2.02 I would have bought the complete pack. My questions are
(a) Does anybody else have this problem? That is can't enter the track
(b) Was this change posted online somewhere and I just missed it?

Yes, I will have to purchase the track pack.

I didn´t know , till someone mentioned it because I care less about Spa.

If you want to race Spa , purchase the track pack

this will cause consternation if three people with Spa vote for it and leave thirteen people without Spa watching the race from the pits.
