Wow - I just love Spa Francorchamps. This is what more GP circuits should be like! Although there weren't too many suprises during today's race results, I want to point out this excellent video by one of my favorite websites - F1 Seasons. It's a 10 minute masterpiece of highlights from the circuit, and I would say the best they've ever produced. You can find the 75 MB file right on their front page, or by simply looking at the Circuit Highlights. :)
 
Did anybody see SPA F1 this weekend, It wasnt too interesting. Well apart from all those Honda Engines going boom!
Oh and Eddie Irvine managed to get 1! count it 1! championship point! good for him!

Oh montoya and Coulthard had a good battle towards the end.

Some german guy won the race though I cant remember what his name was?

Before I got my cable modem, I discovered GetRight, and those huge files no longer seemed quite so out-of-reach. With it, you can pause and resume your downloads when you want. So, want to surf, download music, or do something else on your internet connection? Just pause your download and turn off GetRight. When you're done, and you won't be using your internet connection for a while, just resume your download. It might take a few days, but you will eventually get the file because you'll always be able to pick up your download from where you left off! :) I still use GetRight all the time whenever downloading larger files over my cable modem. You can easily grab and organize all the links on a page (i.e. select all .avi and .mpg files on a site), and then download them accordingly. And, by opening up several connections with the server at once, it ensures that you are using 100% of your internet connection's potential. Without GetRight, my speeds would be between 100-200 kbps. With GetRight, I can get speeds from 300-500 kbps! It really is excellent software. :thumbsup:

Just downloaded and watched that video. It's fantastic! Bit of a secret Damon Hill obsession though!

Absolutely! Even now, when someone says "Hey, just download this file, it's only 75MB", I still think " :eek: ", but I go for it anyway! It was a good recommendation! :)
 
nice site jordan. thats what ive been looking for. i have absolutely no coverage of F1 (or WRC, ALMS, etc...).

now i can at least get some highlights. if only there was a live stream i could watch.
 
Well I doubt I am ever going to be able to get to Euro for a GP, but I am going to make this coming season's running in Aussie for sure.
