Spec 2.0 = all types of weather on all tracks?

I searched the forums, couldn't find the details i wanted to know about spec 2.0

so are the weather controls only available on the course maker

or its been upgraded to be usuable in all courses?
that would be swell to know
 
Pretty sure that the weather options are available to courses that have weather capability. So you can set the weather for rain tracks such as Sarthe, High Speed Ring, and all Eifel custom tracks, but not those that were in a drought before the patch. Most other custom tracks without rain should still have time change options as well.
 
Not sure about Course maker controls but I know that on the track with variable weather and time, You now have control of it before you start a race. You can access the controls in the pre race menu. I like this addition to the game.
 
Weather? As in rain? Can't (sadly).

Although I did find that you can change the time of some tracks (like course maker tracks, maybe the 'Ring, etc.).

Still waiting for Top Gear Test Track at sunset/sunrise/night...:drool:
