Spec 2.02 DLC cars tradeable?

Hello guys,
This is maybe a stupid question but I wanted to know.
If someone who haze an DLC pack bought can he now buy another one in NCD and send it to a friend? Because thry are in NCD even the new Mini, VW's, GTR's and those touringcars.

Nope. DLC is neither giftable nor tradeable.
