Special condition hall

hi there its me again, as you all know, the special conditions hall is where we can find the rally races.
my question is, what is the best rally car you can use to smoke the competition.
im not a good rally driver, hell i suck but i need to to finish the game and everytime i try, the ai kicks my butt. any help would be nice
