I received a '67 ticket and opened it, and got a 2d. But I already had one. But before I went to do the glitch I bought a cube ex. I did the glitch wrong and I was stuck with the 2d, but the profile pic shows it as a cube ex. Has this happened to you?
 
Did you try clicking the car with triangle and then hitting create thumbnail? It should correct the picture after that.
 
Nope, but then again I'm not greedy enough to glitch my game. Sounds like you should revert to an earlier backup.

Oh thats easy. Just hit triangle on the car in the garage and go to 'get thumbnails.' (I'm not online right now so I don't know what the option is actually called, but its something like that)

I had something similar happen once, although wasn't trying to glitch. I was in the car select screen for the dream car seasonal event at spa. Went to my minolta's tuning screen, went back out and went to my formula gt's tuning screen and when I closed that my minolta was a formula gt! I went and selected it and it was a minolta again.. weird..
 
Create thumbnail didn't do anything strangely. So I'm going to create all thumbnails and see if it works then.
 
After you create a new thumbnail (when the existing one is wrong) you must scroll the thumbnail out of sight and back again to reveal the proper picture.
