Anyone got a tip for these to get gold, specifically the Suzuka one, I can't get past 3rd place. Some are pathetically easy, others are unforgivingly hard, using a DS3 anyway.

Rant time? I'm beginning to get pretty tired of getting DQ'd for stupid things the AI does. For example - i've had all the licenses done form day 1, but only now am I getting round to trying to gold them all. The final straw for me was not 20 minutes ago in S-10, Special Stage 5? I was coming up to an S bend and over took the AI on the inside of the first part, they went wide and hit the wall, bounced back and slammed into my rear quarter as I was taking the 2nd part of the S! Now, surely since I was in the lead, them hitting me should get them DQ'd, not me, since I took the corner perfectly on the racing line?

I've noticed a lot of things in a lot of courses, such as the AI hitting those solid orange cones on the Top Gear TT which DQ me aswell as them running wide on many corners on other tracks that I would get DQ's for!

I also wonder if there is anyone who has worked out how/why you get DQ'd? I just did the S license on La Sarthe where I was able to cut all the corners with run off's and not get DQ'd. Also, I have seen myself smash into the side of other cars gaining a massive advantage in the corner and not get DQ'd, but other times they brake a little hard and I clip the corner of their car and do get DQ'd even those that was a pretty big disadvantage to me as I had to slam on the brakes and lose quite a bit of speed.

ARGH! lol

On suzuka, the trick is to get past the XJ220 as soon as possible, if you can do it before the first 90 degree right hander, your on for 1st place. The cars cantake a fair bit of roughhousing before a DQ too. On the first corner, take an outside line on the zonda then cut inside the audi and aston. Through the esses just be smooth and get to the Jag as soon as possible.

I noticed that on Suzuka, i'm usually in 5th before the end of the "SSSSSSSS" section and sometimes get infront of the Jag at those 90 degree corners you spoke about and definitely always get into 3rd at the 180 hairpin, I just can't catch the 2 front runners until the chicane where I usually have to brake really hard to avoid bumping them and finish 3rd or just clip the... California? and get DQ'd.

This was the most annoying car on the track, for some reason, if you tap it, you fail, this wouldn't be a problem, however the car is huge, taking the whole track to itself 👎
