I think he means how the Spoon Civic Type R can rev so high compared to other cars...Asking if it's a bug or something.

It isn't a bug, most Honda engines are quite high revving.

You're giving him too much credit! Don't try to make any sense of it. He's just kind of dumb. Look at his other posts. They're all completely off-the-wall random posts with the word "drift" inserted here and there, except one where he asks, "Has anybody ever beat the game?"
