SPOT RACE CHALLENGE
DeLorean Race #1
Track: Fuji Speedway 80's (GT Mode> Real Circuits> Practice Run)
Car: DMC DeLorean S2 ('04)
Deadline: Sunday, March 27th, 2005
Instructions:
Race as many times as you would like before the race deadline. Please post your best lap, and save a replay of your run for reference. Race only in Simulation Mode under Practice Run, not Track Meet.
You should be the only car on the track. Also keep your run clean. Stay off the walls and out of the grass. I can understand going a bit over the rumble strips and clipping the grass, but as soon as four tires are off the pavement, its just like the license tests, try again.
Once you have clocked your best lap, post it at this thread. Use the following format:

Exhaust: Racing Exhaust & Filter or lower
Brakes: Stock
Engine: Racing Chip
Drivetrain: Stock
Turbo: Stage 2 or Lower
Suspension: Stock
Tires: Racing R5 or lower (Any Combination)
Other: Rigidity Refresher Plan
GT Auto: Oil Change, Car Wash (No Wings, Aftermarket Wheels)
- No Grass Cutting
- No Wall Riding
- Minimum Two Wheels On Track At All Times
- Tuning Is Allowed
- No Illegal Modifications (See Modification List)
- No Cheating Devices Allowed
If this one goes good, I may do some more. I am in the process of trying to design a website, much like GT3 Times, only for spot races. That way we could have a central place to have spot races. I just have no idea where to start, I haven't built a website in about a year, and I need to learn a few things before I dive into a project like this. Anyways, Good luck to all.
