Cars - Any EVO or STi (except 22b)
Mods - Max out everything you want but the power to weight ratio must not exceed 3.2. So go all out on the suspension, drivetrain, whatever. T5 tires.
I've been messing with this for awhile and thought it was fun to play 2 cars against eachother.
