I know there is a ricer picture thread but I thought it would be more interesting to see peoples actual photos of ricers in your areas not just the google images results.

If this is already a thread please forgive me.

Im comfortable enough with myself and the car that I walked to right after taking these and it just take a second to pull your phone snap a shot and move on.


The cress was in nasty shape pictures don't really show you the extent but to all their own I suppose
 
That MR2 is totally worth the $1500 if its a manual and it runs. Put some stock or appropriate aftermarket wheels on and its respectable again.

Now that this thread exists, I'm thinking of another one... 💡 How about one about spotting untouched cars. Ones that are commonly found tuned, but actually stock. Would that be an interesting thread?
 
We have something for untouched cars, it's call the DYSAGT thread.

And that black later gen Civic is fine, all it has is a set of wheels that don't look half bad on it.

Right, probably should have thought a bit more into that idea. :ouch: Sorry, I was looking through old pictures and found one I had of a stock S14 240SX that gave me the idea. I was thinking mainly of Japanese cars that have fallen into the tuner scene. :scared:

I suppose the Civic isn't really in your face offensive? And that's what ricers are considered correct?
 
This was just suppose to be a fun laid back thread for cars you see locally that you dont quite agree with not really heated debate on whats rice and not start posting pics instead to show everyone what rice really is instead of trying to analyze every little bit.

Keep it fun.

You're going to get debate though what one considers rice another might consider to look pretty good. It's a doomed thread from the start, much like the Questionable Mods thread.

Not askin for a debate at all post what you thought was rice if someone else doesn't agree so what we are all people with different tastes so yeah everything visual is opinionated. Should keep this thread to post pictures only and make your comments in your post.

This thread would work if everywhere wasn't so many people that felt the need to constantly argue or try to prove points that are opinions.

Just post pictures of cars you feel are rice end of story?
 
Was staying at a hotel with a couple friends for an upcoming school competition. As we were walking back inside, we saw a Buick (Grand National? Had same body as GNX) up on what looked like 50in rims (literally) with two-tone black-on-red paint. They had to take a picture of it because "you don't see something like this everyday".

Just happened to catch in on a couple girls walking by...*in typical 🤬 voice* "Those guys acutally like that car?"

Being the only one who didn't take a picture...I still felt ashamed for having to wait for them to finish their photoshoot.

Wish I had a photo, but I don't (thankfully?).
