I was in the process of upgrading the drivetrain for this car when I noticed the availability of a carbon driveshaft. Now, I seem to recall this car uses an Audi V8 mounted midship with an Audi transaxle behind it, so where does the driveshaft fit in? Lastly, is there any point purchasing it? I've noticed little improvement in vehicle dynamics when this is purchased for any car but, if there is a difference, would the difference exist in this car as well?

The car was originally made as FR due to PD's error.
Then it was corrected to MR but carbon driveshaft upgrade remained in place.

I don't think it does anything.

Not really worth purchasing, nor is the car.

The latter part of that statement is pure opinion, and one I'm inclined to disagree with as this is an incredibly fun car to throw around. I do, however, appreciate the former part of the statement and will keep it in mind.

Does the carbon driveshaft make a difference in general? Most likely yes, a tenth or two at best, maybe less. If not, who cares? Do I buy it for all cars? Yes, of course, any advantage I can get. It's not real money, it's in endless supply so why wouldn't I buy it?

Agree on that one! Why is there some upgrades that that you have to do on all of your cars if you want to use them online? I mean there is no pp-loss so it is nothing to concider!

Spyker is one of the best sounding cars in the game...a true big block V8 roar. Imagine how cool the Camaro or Mustang would be if it sounded like this. Once you tune out the inherent understeer it's a pretty decent car. It won't be as fast as the top cars in it's PP range but it's in the top half for sure.

Oh how I wish this car were premium, possibly more than the Supra RZ. I would love to be able to look down and see that shift linkage.
