Standard cars and Shifting

Dont worry about it, this only happens if you are using a custom transmission. It seems very likely to be a bug, so it hopefully wont be an issue in the future.

The only times this becomes an issue is when you soup up slow cars. Their trannies usually aren't geared tall enough so you're stuck with needing a custom tranny and losing the clutch and H shifter.

Oh,I see..so,if I dont modify the transmission,I can avoid this bug and use the H shifter with any car?

Edit: If the car has a H-shifter,for sure.. I dont want to use it in a LMP car,lol.

Yeah you got it, if it comes with an H pattern shifter it will work, but some race cars (and a few street cars) come with sequential and you wont be able to use the clutch but the H pattern will work on some (I could have mixed that up)

Nice news,sounds very good for me. I was worried cause I really like to feel the cars the way they are in real life.

I don't want to use paddles (well, buttons) on cars that don't have them... so for standards I have to guess. I'm not very knowledgeable like that.
