Standard Cars converted into Premium Cars.

I've read a post of someone who wrote about the "secrets" that came with the 1.07 Update. With secrets I mean changes that came with the update but that were unannounced.
Anyway, the person wrote that some standard cars were updated to premium quality.
Now my question is: is this true?
 
No, these sort of updates would be accounced by more than one person on these forums and also in the news section of GT5.
 
I agree with maSonn09, I'm pretty sure that would have waken attention and discussion on this forum max 30-60 mins after the update.
 
Alot of Standards were upgraded to not As bad quality, but still no where near premium
