Standard cars have working windshield wipers

For some reason, only the premium cars have working wipers, while the standard cars may have windshield wipers, but they don't work. It gets annoying when doing a race in the rain and the windshield wipers dont work, it's WIERD!

The standard Miatas and MX-5s do.

Also about the rain, when driving a (premium) car, the windshield wipers don't automatically work at the start of a race but the AI cars do.

I know that, it's just I would like all standard cars had working windshield wipers, even if you had to turn them on like the premium cars.
