Apart from prize cars, how else can you get a standard car with zero miles? I traded yesterday for a Chaparral 2D with zero miles. As far as I know, the car cannot be won as a prize. So how can it have zero miles if it came from the UCD?

Someone probably got it from a 1000 ticket or the birthday exploit.

Either it is duped or it might have been 0 miles from the UCD, that never happened to me. It definetly isn't a prize car, except maybe a prize car from the Gran Turismo rally or the Jeff Gordon Nascar School, which I highly doubt. I think the answers above are better than mine.
