Standing Starts or two abreast

I don't know of any IRL series that starts a race single file. Standing starts and/or two abreast will make for a much more exciting start. The only problem may be the effect on winning difficulty as the rabbit won't be a straight ahead at the start. So, adjust the AI difficulty at the same time.
