I'm surprised know ones started a thread on this already, it is a very good game. This is my first star wars game for the ps2 and I'm very impressed the graphics are good and the gameplay is brilliant!! really is a lot of fun. The story is also very good but I'm pacing myself so i don't complete it too quickly. The games also got an online mode but I dont have a modem but I'm certain that's a lot of fun too.

Anyway i was a bit disappointed with the space fights, i was expecting a bit more in all areas, i just wanted to know if its possible to switch to 1st person view in starfighters?
 
Hey there Slick, it was my first StarWars games for the PS2 aswell, freakin love it, I hve been playing the battle mode ( versus ) with my wife alot and completely addicted to it....in the space fights, I have't played alot of the combat, I always go to the other main ship and take out systems from the inside and kill droids while they head to their ships and uise the rocket launcher just before they take off...good fun! I have;t played alot of the story line, not that good at it...but love the conquest battle mode.
 
It's an awesome game for the PS2. But the Xbox pretty much pwns the PS2 version. You have AI Heros, and you have a lot better graphics. But it's a great game for any console. It's hard to beat playing hero assault, sipping a Coke, and listening to cantina music.

This is one of the best games ever. I was wondering if anyone here has any tips for getting the awards fast. I hear that if you get enough, you get the bonus from the start!
