I'm wanting to know something here. I'm on Korriban and I'm about to enter the Sith academy. Is it possible to go through the Sith academy without getting dark side points? I'm nearing all the way to the light side and I dont want to go the other way....at least not til I start a new character. ;)

Yes. Totally possible. In fact, there are a few chances to pick up Light Side points there. You'll be fine.

It is possible although not very easy. It's very easy on the other hand to get dark side points, especially near the end of the Sith Acadmey part.Just be carefull with the choices you make.May the force be with you, young master Viper. ;)

Not very easy indeed. Last night I started into the Sith academy and got dark side points. Maybe I said something wrong.

There are a couple diferent ways to get in. IF you join like you actualy want to be a sith to get in you will get dark side.

I just recently picked thi sgame up, and I've played through it to the point where I just arrived at Derrik's(sp?) estate. I don't know much about this game, but is it a long game to finish? Does it get harder? I'm enjoying it so far, but I'm a little worried about finishing it quickly. I'll definately go back through the game on the hardest level when I start over.

You mean Davik Kang's estate?

Play your heart out. If you're still on Taris (the first planet), there's a loooong way left to go. You're less than 20% into the game. It gets even better from there.

Ohhh yeah, Davik, that's right. Yes, I'm stil at the beginning, but it's been so simple that I was worried it might be too easy to blow through. I'm glad to read your response though. It's been fun so far. 👍 :D

Korrbian is easy to beat, I was even able to pick up light side on their. Right now I'm in the Star Forge and its kicking my ass, it gets hard pretty quick.

I'm at the Star Forge aswell(for the 3rd time). The first 2 floors are very hard since there is a constant stream of Dark Jedi, not infinite but they spawn about 3-4 times. The robes you can get there are also pretty nice, nice attributes.I'm off to finish it and start one last time on the Dark Side, wich btw. is more fun then the Light Side. :trouble:
I personally can't wait for The Sith Lords,i hope they make it at least good as this one.

ive got this game on friday and im on dantooine, im a jedi guardian so i have a blue lightsaber:D, im just a little stuck on killing those beast things in the grove.

any help or suggestions?

beating all those beast things in the grove on dantooine, the 3 part of the jedi training.

I wish I could fire it up and help ya but the dvd drive in my xbox died. Wont read anything now. Everything else seems fine cept that and it figures this happens when I have absolutely no money. Just my luck.

Hey all the KOTOR players here, I've got a question. When I'm done playing Forza, MC3 and GT4 I'm thinking of picking up KOTOR or KOTOR 2. I've heard that 2 is better than 1 but do you have to play 1 to understand the story in 2?

The events from part one are referenced a lot in part two so it would be best to play part one first.

About wich one is the best,i don't know.Part two has a lot of potential but they cut out so much stuff from the game that it became an average game with an extreme amount of bugs. They cut out the ending,a whole planet,a lot of character interactions and storyline plots.Despite all this it's still a good game. They are releasing patches(very slowly) and the modders at Holowan Labs are working on the TSL Restoration Project to restore most of the cut content so it's looking good.If they get everything to work right then KOTOR 2 will indeed be the better game.

Cool thanks GTC, it'll probably be a while till I get any of them anyway. BTW has anyone played Biowares latest, "Jade Empire"? I've heard that it's even better than KOTOR....

Opinions?
