"Start On Lap XX" Code is not working correctly (PAL)

Hello!

I am having problems with this code. When I set a lap larger than 9 (For example, 10), then instead of the 10 lap from which I should start, I start with the 16 lap. If I set the 20, the counter breaks and I can't finish the race.

Who understands these codes, please tell me how to fix it?

The values are hexadecimal, 0-9-A-F, 10-19-1A-1F etc...
Use the windows calculator in programmer mode (on windows10) to translate.

Lap 10 is 0A
Lap 20 is 14
