Starting GT5 with usb back up

I guys. I have been backing up my gt5 after I play on a USB jump drive. I would like to start the game using data from it as I recently lost a few cars I purchased and some settings on some the cars that were left. Does anyone know how to do this.

You can upload it onto the PS3 by going to XMB > Games > Game Saves > Select USB Drive > Seek GT5 Save > Press Triangle > Copy it. Done.
 
You mean put the data from the USB drive back on your PS3 so you can use it?

1. Insert USB drive into PS3
2. Go to the game icon on the XMB menu
3. Under the game icon, look for Saved Data Utility(PS3) and open it by hit g X on your controller.
4 Find your USB drives name and open it from within Saved Data Utility, it should be at the top.
5. Once it's opened, find the copy of the GT5 saved data and hit the triangle
Button, a menu will appear, select copy and now the saved data from the USB drive is now on your PS3.
