I am looking to trade the voucher for

a) lvl 24 ticket
or
b) f'2007 or X2010

You can only redeem the code thru the Asian PS Store, so changing your location won't change your PS Store. Only someone from the Asia region can get this code...

Sorry but it just won't work, it's an Asian code right? He won't be able to redeem it via the European PS Store so you shouldn't waste your time...find someone from Asia or put it on ebay (get real money, not a virtual thing you can get another way...).
